How To Play Doraemon 2: Nobita to Hikari no Shinden Rom On PC

There are two components for playing a n64 Doraemon 2: Nobita to Hikari no Shinden rom on your PC. The first component is the emulation program which can imitate the n64 OS and software.

The second component is the Doraemon 2: Nobita to Hikari no Shinden rom itself to play on the emulator.
