Description

Tales of Hearts is a Japanese role-playing game released for the Nintendo DS in Japan and the PlayStation Vita worldwide. It is the eleventh main entry in the Tales series, developed by Namco Tales Studio and published by Bandai Namco Games. The Japan-exclusive DS version received two editions: the "Anime Edition", featuring cutscenes by Production I.G, and the "CG Movie Edition", featuring CGI cutscenes created by Shirogumi Ltd. A remake of the game, Tales of Hearts R, was released on the Vita in March 2013, and later released in western regions in November 2014. Hearts R was also ported to iOS and released in Japan in October 2013. Hearts R was developed by 7th Chord, with the team including staff from Bandai Namco Studios. The game follows main protagonist Kor Meteor after he discovers a woman named Kohaku Hearts and her brother Hisui near his home town. When Kohaku is attacked by a mysterious antagonist named Incarose and infected with a monster called a xerom, Kor attempts to cure her using his Soma, an ancient weapon designed to fight xerom.

How To Play Tales Of Hearts On PC

There are two components for playing a ds Tales Of Hearts game on your PC. The first component is the emulation program which can imitate the ds OS and software.

The second component is the Tales Of Hearts game itself to play on the emulator.

Step 1: you can start by downloading a reliable and bug free emulator. We’d suggest NO$GBA – it’s open source, fast and one of the most frequently updated.

Once you have finished downloading NO$GBA , extract the downloaded .zip file to a location, for example your Desktop. After, double click the no$gba.exe file in order to start the emulator.

Your emulator will now be ready to play Tales Of Hearts. But now you’ll need to find the correct ROMs online. A ROM is essentially a virtual version of the game that needs to be loaded into the emulator.

Step 2: return to NO$GBA and hit File > Open. Navigate to the downloaded .exe file and double click it to open it. The game will now run on the emulator and you can play the game freely.

Tip: Saving games on an emulator functions a little differently. The integrated save system will not save your progress.
Instead, you’ll need to click File > Save State and then choose an empty slot. You can save your progress in whatever point you like within the game, not only on the official checkpoints offered by the game.

When playing in the future and you want to continue from your saved state, you can use File > Load State to load up the game from exactly where you last saved it.
