Description

Expanded and enhanced, SMT: Devil Survivor Overclocked for Nintendo 3DS builds upon what many considered one of the best RPGs of 2009.

The player is presented with a novel premise: Tokyo is in full lockdown, the government's swift, coldblooded response to a surprise demon invasion. While you and your friends must solve the nature of the interdimensional rift through which the horrific creatures are entering your world, saving the world is not your highest priority; staying alive, on the other hand, is.

  • Enhanced and Remastered: Overclocked's story, initially hailed for its originality, is now fully voiced, bringing the narrative to life like never before.
  • And on the Eighth Day: For Shin Megami Tensei fans this offers them their only chance to experience a finale to the game's chilling tale of Tokyo overrun and in chaos at the hands of invading demons from another dimension.
  • Acclaimed RPG/SRPG hybrid: Overclocked's combat design borrows from traditions of both RPG and strategy RPG genres, making for an entirely unique play experience and garnering acclaim from press and fans alike upon its initial release.

How To Play Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked On PC

There are two components for playing a 3ds Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked game on your PC. The first component is the emulation program which can imitate the 3ds OS and software.

The second component is the Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked game itself to play on the emulator.

Step 1: you can start by downloading a reliable and bug free emulator. We’d suggest Citra – it’s open source, fast and one of the most frequently updated.

Once you have finished downloading Citra, extract the downloaded .7z file to a location, for example your Desktop. After, double click the citra-setup-windows.exe file in order to start the emulator.

Your emulator will now be ready to play Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked. But now you’ll need to find the correct ROMs online. A ROM is essentially a virtual version of the game that needs to be loaded into the emulator.

Step 2: return to Citra and hit File > Open. Navigate to the downloaded .exe file and double click it to open it. The game will now run on the emulator and you can play the game freely.

Tip: Saving games on an emulator functions a little differently. The integrated save system will not save your progress.
Instead, you’ll need to click File > Save State and then choose an empty slot. You can save your progress in whatever point you like within the game, not only on the official checkpoints offered by the game.

When playing in the future and you want to continue from your saved state, you can use File > Load State to load up the game from exactly where you last saved it.
